Standard lines

Lucas steel-braided lines are manufactured as finished sets. This saves time and effort. Laying, where technically realisable, complies with the original rubber lines. Welded distributors, which cannot always be used, are the exception. In this case, a two-part line set with double banjo bolt is delivered. Aluminium seals are included in the scope of delivery.

• More than 700 motorcycle models with ABE (no TÜV necessary)
• ABE leads are equipped with shrunk-on KBA number
• Individually manufactured lines are delivered with TÜV
• Lucas steel flex lines can be twisted directly on the machine via the hexagon (own patent)
• Every Lucas line is 100% pressure tested; the original control report is included with every line
• The connections are made of high-strength aluminium or steel
  (Titanium coloured aluminium connections are standard)
• Crimp sleeves made of full VA round bars; inner core made of Dupon Teflon; stainless steel meshwork in V4A
